As you begin thinking about your summer travel plans, we wanted to share information about a few summer storage options.
 

1. Denison is now partnered with Campus Storage. 
   • Campus Storage provides complimentary in-room pickup and delivery, both on and off campus, during their designated timeframe.
   • They charge per box and miscellaneous items, customizing your monthly bill to match your specific storage requirements. For a detailed price breakdown, please take a look at the pricing tab on their website: www.campusstorage.com/signup/step_two/119 
   • This is a convenient, low-stress option for all Denison students, allowing you to avoid finding a storage facility and arranging transportation for your belongings.


2. Students who prefer to arrange their own storage at area storage facilities should contact facilities and reserve their storage units as soon as possible. You are likely to be required to pay for the storage unit at the time you reserve your space.

• We recommend partnering with other students who will leave campus and return to campus about the same time as you when renting your storage unit. In order to assist you in finding a group of students to share the storage with, we have put together this Google Sheet where you can add your name and contact other students who need storage. The Center for Global Programs will not be managing this Google Sheet, so please remove your information when you have found your group. • Steps for Summer Storage
  • Find your group/partners to share a storage unit.
  • Call your storage facility of choice and reserve a unit or reserve a unit online. If the facility doesn't take credit cards over the phone/online, you may need to visit the facility to finalize your reservation.
  • Box up all of your belongings - boxes may be available in the campus mailroom in Whisler.
  • Arrange transportation to the storage facility before you depart campus.
  • Before you return to campus, arrange transportation to the storage facility to collect your belongings.
